I've lived in Granbury for a little over a year now and I often forget about this restaurant. I'm from So. Cal and it's hard to find good Mexican food that's not 'Tex Mex' (I'm just not a big fan) I went here today for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The cook came out to make sure we were happy and even made a custom burrito for my son that wasn't on the menu. I ordered the Chile Rellano plate and it was incredible! I really take notice to a Mexican restaurant that has good beans and rice and these were authentic! Very impressed. My family and I will be back!! Thank you La Fiesta for a great experience!
I’ve been here twice now and this place is top notch in food, service and atmosphere. The beef tostadas are one of the best I’ve ever had. The wait staff and management are super friendly and very prompt on service. Very comfortable atmosphere as well. I will definitely make this one of my regular go-tos!!!!! I really like that it is authentic Mexican food and not Tex-Mex
La Fiesta is the best place to go for a perfect friend and or family get together. The owner Arturo and his staff are always amazing and friendly and the food never disappoints!
The fish tacos were amazing. Also they have 5 margaritas on the rocks. Great service and food!
Sit at or in the bar on Mandy's shift, she's the best! If Arturo the owner is there have him pick your meal. Love evening buffet during the week call ahead to be sure of availability the cabbage is a must have only available asva buffet item. Strong margaritas, full service bar. Dont miss kareokee Tuesday and Friday night!!! Never drink and drive and always tip your sever!!
Service was great! Food was Amazing! Large portions. They offer a buffet (careful with the green dressing, it's NOT guacamole - it's HOT!) Loved the Cantina feel. And they were setting up for Karoke night! Fun!

My brother and I came in last minute to get a large family order after our father unexpectedly passed away. This was after incredibly rude service at another establishment that wanted to charge us full per person plate menu prices to feed our large group. Anyone who can cook Mexican food knows the base cost of it isn't highly expensive so the other establishment was obviously taking advantage. The moment we walked in to this one, they were immediately finding cost effective ways to help us feed our crew and even threw in a bit extra. While we waited we had an amazing and much needed margarita at the cantina. I was incredibly impressed with the true care we were shown and will definitely bring my family here every time we are in town visiting the rest of our family. We also told everyone we know who lives local to support this establishment as they were there without hesitation on one of our toughest days. Good food means nothing without good people. This place has both!
